As a survivor of rape, I don’t find it funny that you are commenting here and linking to non consensual sex related community forums and other websites. I find it highly offensive, and if I could I’d remove your access to the internet forever..

I had a similar issue just today. An old message board I had, and had long ago stopped using, was flooded with spam from pharma sellers and such. Because of it, the inode count of my website went so high, it was removed from the host’s automatic backup. Got a TOS violation notice too.
I killed the board, and it went back down to next to nothing.
Don’t they just suck?

An odd note about forum spambots. They almost always register from GMT-12, or Baker Island time. Since Baker Island is uninhabitable and it’s otherwise a nautical time zone, you can reasonably safely disable registrations from it, which kills a large chunk of bot registrations. I did that and changed the hidden word passed with the Agree form in phpBB, and we only deal with the occasional bored human these days, where an IP ban seems to work.
There is a special, cold place for spammers. I swear.
